Here, kids aren’t just sitting and absorbing. They take ownership of their learning. We keep academics strong, but we don’t stop there. We build independence, leadership, and real-world skills the kind that matter long after the worksheet is gone.
Traditional school is often built around schedules, compliance, and everyone moving at the same pace. We don’t do that. We give kids meaningful challenges, clear expectations, and the space to step up. And when they do, they build real confidence because they earned it.
A lot of our learning is project-based and student-led. Kids dig into what they’re interested in, figure out what they’re good at, and learn how to think, problem-solve, and follow through.

Enrollment Process

Here’s a step-by-step guide to make sure the application
and the enrollment process is smooth and simple.
1. Read Through Our Website
We aim to address the big questions early on: admissions and enrollment, how our projects are structured, the daily schedule, our calendar, and the costs involved. For more details, check out the FAQ section. You can also follow us on Instagram.
2. Submit Your Application
Once you’ve had a chance to look into Apogee and see if it feels like a potential fit, the next step is our application. It helps us get to know your child, your family, and what you’re hoping for in a student-led learning environment.
3. Family Interview
After reviewing your application, we’ll invite you to set up a relaxed, two-way chat. It’s not a formal interview. It’s simply a chance for us to get to know each other, ask questions on both sides, and ensure we’re on the same page. We’ll discuss your family’s goals, values, and expectations, explain how Apogee operates daily, and ensure this environment feels right for your child and your family.
4. Shadow Day
If it seems like a good mutual fit, we’ll invite your child to visit us for a day on campus at Apogee. Shadow days are not part of the process for our Founding Families.
5. Invitation to Enroll & Deposit
If we all agree that Apogee North Texas is the right fit, we’ll invite you to enroll. To reserve each child’s spot, we require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit, which includes:

$500 Annual Enrollment Fee (with $200 applied to your first month’s tuition)

$500 Annual Supply Fee (prorated if you enroll mid-year)
