Our admissions process is carefully designed to ensure Apogee is the right fit

not only for your child but for your whole family.

The Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Apogee North Texas.

We are currently accepting applications for learners ages 5 to 17. Apogee offers a learner-driven environment designed to help young leaders discover their interests, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

As our community continues to grow, we plan to expand in the coming years to include a PreK program.

Families may apply within one year of their learner’s eligible enrollment age.

1. Read Through Our Website

We aim to answer as many questions as possible about admissions and enrollment, project-based program design, daily schedule and calendar, pricing and fees in advance. Click on the FAQ section for more details. You can also follow us on Instagram.

2. Submit Your Application

Once you’ve finished your research and believe Apogee might be a good fit, the first step is to complete our application. This helps us learn more about your learner, your family, and your goals in a learner-driven environment.

3. Family Interview

After reviewing your application, we’ll invite you to schedule a relaxed, two-way conversation. This isn't a formal interview in the traditional sense. It’s an opportunity for us to ask questions, for you to ask plenty of your own, and for everyone to better understand your family’s goals, values, and expectations. We’ll discuss how Apogee operates, what it needs, and whether this environment aligns with your family’s mission.

4. Shadow Day

If it seems like a good mutual fit, your learner will be invited to spend a day at Apogee on campus. The shadow day does not apply to our Founding Families.

5. Invitation to Enroll & Deposit

If we all agree that Apogee North Texas would be a good fit for your family, we will invite you to enroll. Congratulations! A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each child's spot: $500 for the Annual Enrollment Fee (of which $200 is credited toward the first month's tuition) and $500 for the Annual Supply Fee. If you're enrolling mid-year, the Supply Fee is prorated.
