APPLICATION & ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our admissions process is carefully designed to ensure Apogee is the right fit
not only for your child but for your whole family.
Application Process
Thanks so much for your interest in Apogee North Texas!
We enroll students 4 to 17. The youngest we take are older 4-year-olds who are ready for the work. Apogee is built around self-directed learning, where kids build confidence, chase what genuinely interests them, and grow a love of learning that doesn't vanish the day summer starts.
You're welcome to apply up to a year before your child(ren) reach an eligible age.
1. Take a Walk Through Our Website
We cover the big questions up front: admissions, how projects work, the daily schedule, the calendar, and costs. The FAQ has the details, and you can follow us on Instagram.
2. Submit Your Application
Once Apogee feels like a possible fit, the application helps us get to know your child(ren), your family, and what you want from a student-led environment.
3. Family Interview
We'll set up a relaxed, two-way conversation. It's a chance to ask questions on both sides, talk through your family's goals and expectations, and make sure this feels right for everyone.
4. Shadow Day
If it looks like a good fit, your child(ren) visit for a day on campus. Shadow days aren't part of the process for our founding families.
5. Invitation to Enroll
If we all agree Apogee is the right fit, we'll invite you to enroll. To reserve your child(ren)'s spot, the enrollment fee and supply fee are due in advance. The enrollment fee is $300 per child and non-refundable. The supply fee is $500 per child, capped at $1,000 per family.
